  • Blueberry Cinnamon Balsamic Jam 10 oz.

    Perfectly blended  fresh Florida blueberries,  rich cherry undertone of our Italian Imported 10 year Balsamic Vinegar,  and a hint of cinnamon makes this jam irresistible.  Simply delicious on French toast,  lovely paired with brie and freshly  made crostini.  An  irresistible topping on your scrumptious cheesecake

    Making Brie En Croute is not only delicious but sweet on the eyes as well. Use frozen puff pastry, or homemade.  Place dough on lightly floured work surface and roll to out to approx 14 inch square, cut off corners to make a somewhat circular shape.  Place jam in center and add toasted chopped nuts if desired.  Place brie on top of jam, and wrap brie with the puff pastry, using egg wash to seal seams.  Smooth surface, and invert brie onto a foil lined baking sheet. Brush pastry with egg wash.  Bake at 20-25 mins until pastry golden color.  You may also choose to add jam on exterior of pastry after approx 15mins of cooling from oven.  Add jam as in photo.  Delicious either way!
